2. Description of Service

CoreVouch provides a customer review management platform that allows businesses to collect, manage, and display customer reviews. Our services include review collection, email invitations, embeddable widgets, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit fake or misleading reviews
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CoreVouch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CoreVouch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.

10. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to CoreVouch SMS services, you agree to the following:

1. Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from CoreVouch at the phone number provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or use of CoreVouch services.
2. Message Types: You may receive the following types of messages:
   • Review invitation requests
   • One-time verification codes
   • Account notifications
3. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
4. Costs: Message and data rates may apply. CoreVouch does not charge for sending SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
5. Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

7. Privacy: Your phone number and messaging data are subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability: CoreVouch is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or network issues.
