1. Introduction

CoreVouch is operated by Trusty Printing and Packaging Services LLC. CoreVouch ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you provide to us, including:

  • Name and email address
  • Billing information and payment details
  • Business information
  • Communications you send to us

Automatically Collected Information

When you access our Service, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address and browser type
  • Device information
  • Usage data and analytics
  • Cookies and similar technologies

Signing in with Google, Apple or Facebook

If you choose to sign up or log in with Google, Apple or Facebook, that provider sends us:

  • Google: your Google account ID, your name, your email address and whether Google has verified that address. Google also sends a link to your profile picture, which we do not keep.
  • Apple: your Apple user ID, your email address (or, if you choose Hide My Email, an Apple relay address that forwards to you) and whether Apple has verified it. Apple sends your name only the first time you sign in, and only if you choose to share it.
  • Facebook: your Facebook user ID for CoreVouch, your name and, if your Facebook account has one and you choose to share it, your email address. Facebook does not tell us whether it has verified that address, so an account opened with it starts unverified and we email you a link to verify it.

We keep the account ID the provider gave us, the email address it gave us and whether it said that address is verified, and when you connected it and last used it. We use them to sign you in and to recognize you when you return. When you sign up this way, the name and email address the provider gave us become your CoreVouch account name and email. We never receive your Google, Apple or Facebook password, and we do not keep their access tokens.

Logging in with an email link

If you ask for a login link, we email it to the address on your account. The link works once, for 15 minutes. We keep only a one-way hash of its code, not the link itself, until you use it or ask for a new one.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our Service
  • Sign you in, including with Google, Apple or Facebook if you connect them or with a link we email you, and create your account when you sign up with Google, Apple or Facebook
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send promotional communications (with your consent)
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Analyze usage and improve our Service
  • Detect and prevent fraud

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist in our operations
  • Payment processors for billing purposes
  • Law enforcement when required by law
  • Business partners with your consent

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Data portability

If you connected Google, Apple or Facebook, you can disconnect it under "Sign-in methods" on your profile, as long as another way to log in remains. To stop Google, Apple or Facebook from sharing your information with us, remove CoreVouch from the apps connected to your Google Account, Apple Account or Facebook account.

Delete your data

To delete your CoreVouch account, choose Delete Account on your profile and enter your password. If you have no password, Delete Account first asks you to confirm it's you with a code we email to you. You can also email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.

Deleting your account removes the account itself, with its name, email address, phone number and password. It also removes what Google, Apple or Facebook sign-in stored: the account ID the provider gave us, the email address it gave us and whether it said that address is verified, and when you connected it and last used it.

Reviews you wrote while logged in stay on CoreVouch without your name or email address: they show "Former member". A review you wrote while logged out is not linked to your account, so deleting the account does not change it; email us about it. Orders and bookings you made with a business stay with that business, no longer linked to your account.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can have the information Facebook shared with us deleted:

  • Only what Facebook shared: on your profile, under "Sign-in methods", choose Disconnect next to Facebook. This deletes the Facebook user ID and email address we kept for signing you in. If Facebook is your only way to log in, first choose "Email me a link to set one" there and set a password. If you signed up with Facebook, your account name and email came from Facebook too: change your name on your profile, write to [email protected] to change the email, or delete your account.
  • Your whole CoreVouch account: choose Delete Account on your profile, or email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. If you have no password, Delete Account first asks you to confirm it's you with a code we email to you.
  • To stop Facebook sharing your information with us, remove CoreVouch in Facebook under Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites. That stops future sharing; it does not delete what we already hold, so also use one of the steps above.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

11. SMS/Text Messaging

CoreVouch offers SMS text messaging services for review invitations, verification codes, and account notifications.

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications on CoreVouch, you consent to receive text messages from CoreVouch. These messages may include:

  • Review invitations asking you to share your experience with a business you visited
  • One-time verification codes for account authentication
  • Account notifications related to your CoreVouch activity

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from CoreVouch unless you opt back in.

Opting Back In

To resume receiving messages, reply START to any CoreVouch message or update your preferences in your account settings.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CoreVouch does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Data Usage

Phone numbers collected for SMS services are used solely for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, see the rest of this Privacy Policy.

Carriers Supported

CoreVouch SMS services are available on all major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
